I love how colorful Manhattan Beach is! I kept telling Brian that I’d be totally ok if we moved into one of those beach houses ;) I’ll keep dreaming! Apparently this was also the day I got pictures of everyone sleeping? Ha! All that boogie boarding and sun wore us out! (And who wouldn’t want to take a nap on warm sand, with the sound of the waves…Ahhh)

Loved that trip! There is nothing more calming than waved crashing on the beach, warm sand, and the sun (even if it was hiding behind the clouds at times!). Mmmmm, do I ever love beach therapy. And yes, I agree with you...get B to buy a beach house - cause then you'd have babysitters often....us!! Haha! :)

ReplyDeleteYou inspire me! That's all there is to it. Love that balloon picture!
ReplyDeleteYou have two beautiful eyes for photography.
Good memories of beautiful beach days- 'boogie-boarding, bagel-eating, beach rats'. Wonderful and so happy B loves it too & yes! let him get the beach house... I'll housesit anytime. :)
ReplyDeleteLovely post Alexa. You are such a fab photographer. You really captured some wonderful moments during that trip. We miss you guys already. Hopefully we can all get together sooner than two years from now. If you and Brian ever get up this way you know you always have a place to stay! xoxo
ReplyDeleteI love the one of Amy and Jeremy kissing on the beach (off to the side of the big family beach spread photo)!!! Love all the pictures you've taken of our great trip. Can't wait to do it again xoxox love aunt lara
ReplyDeleteThese pictures are gorgeous!!!! Makes me miss my camera (we do summer sales and live in Texas during the summer months) and I didn't bring my DSLR. We live right by the beach in Corpus Christi and I am loving the details you have captured!!! Seriously you could make a couple of these as large prints!
