It’s Friday! It’s Friday!
E is quite the little mover.
She can’t sit still for even a minute.
We’re sporting winter jackets, mittens, and beanies today. Inside.
Our heater went out so we’re cuddling to stay warm.
Seriously. So cold.
Brian and I started watching Downton Abbey.
The first episode I told him it was “the most boring show ever.”
But we kept watching and now we’re addicted.
We haven’t been to bed before midnight for a week now.
That’s how much we love it.
My hair is in desperate need of a change.
Keep it blonde? Or go darker?
I can’t decide.
My hands are cold.
I must stop typing now and put my mittens back on.
Happy weekend!
E is so cute. seriously.
ReplyDeletei can relate our house is always cold becuase i swear our heater doesn't work. our house is always in the 50's its cold.
and i can't get into downtown i just don't get it.
and i would say go darker! in the winter i think its always nice to go darker. you could try bangs!
and have a great weekend.

Ellie! I just love that little girl. I remember buying that darling red & white outfit last year not knowing if you were having a boy or girl. I figured it would fit around Christmas - Valentines. She looks darling in it!! Yea for great sales and super duper out-of-this-world beautiful babies!!
ReplyDeleteDownton Abbey, LOVE!!!
As for your hair, go for some big change! It's just hair and you can always change back!!! Plus if you get it done up there and you don't like it...you'll have to come HERE so Penny can rescue you!!! YEA!!
Love you so much. Bundle up with miss E, don't want you girls freezing in a heater-less house today! xoxoxoxo love ya, mama
You know how they always say 'never judge a book by its cover?' WELLL, I say we change it to 'never judge a series by it's first episode!' because I swear, first episodes almost always are so boring! HA! STAY WARM :)
ReplyDeleteShe's adorable!!! Good luck with the heater make lots of hot chocolate!!! and as for your hair, I agree ^^^ it's just hair! :) and take a little risk :)

oh. my. gosh. your baby is so dang cute!! So is your blog and you :) Now following! Would love if you checked out mine - michaelandwhitneyweekes.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteLex you'd look cute either way! Every picture of Ellie literally makes me smile ear to ear. every. time. Hope the heater gets fixed! Where's that trip to Hawaii when you need it?! :)
ReplyDeleteJust in case you get completely addicted that you can't stand to wait for one more episode, I have a link to the ENTIRE 3rd season. Whoa baby...watch out.
ReplyDeletealexa, do you think Jordan would like Downtown Abbey? I talked to him about maybe starting it, but he thought it looked so lame for a guy to watch. Since Brian loves it, maybe Jordan will.. What is it that Brian likes about it?
ReplyDeleteI think he might! Brian hates hates hates shows like this usually. But we are both so addicted to this one. Just tell jordan to get through the first four episodes, then it gets really good! There's enough suspense and wit to keep Brian entertained and even some war scenes. Haha.
DeleteI can relate to houses with no heat, one reason why I am in Hawaii. Your little E is darling and getting round chubby cheeks, so pretty. You are always beautiful but I go for natural with a few golden high lights for fun in the dead of winter. :)
ReplyDeleteMy goodness. Your blog seriously makes me anxious for a little nugget of my own.

She is so darn cute- that smile is just the most precious thing! OH and where do you get her precious little bows? I've been wondering for awhile and want to get some for our little girl :)
ReplyDeletethank you! the nurses actually gave me a handful of these bows when we left the hospital. they're just tiny, thin ribbon tied in a bow, suuuuuper easy to make! (i've seen the ribbon at any fabric store!) you can stick them on with ky jelly or karo syrup. :)
