snowed in

IMG_3240

Ok, ok, we’re not really snowed in. but this St. George girl hasn’t seen this much snow, well, ever! I’m thoroughly convinced that it’s time to move to California or Hawaii. I shoveled my first driveway today, and in case you were wondering, I did a terrible job. :) Not quite sure I’m hardwired for this weather, it’s not it my genes. ;)

Here’s to making some homemade bread, keeping the sick husband quarantined in one room, attempting to keep socks on E’s wiggly feet, and dreaming of our summer California trip. ;)

Stay warm!

  2. I think the extra snowy days like today will make your trip to California that more enjoyable! Also, shoveling definitely counts as a workout--at least I count it as one ;) so chalk that one as a win--even if you think you did a "terrible" job.

  4. At least your house looks beautiful covered with snow and icicles :) (and fun wreath! I love the black and white stripes)

  5. Oh I hear you. This Arizona girl suffered (valiantly) through 4 years in Utah. NO MORE SNOW FOR ME.

  6. I kinda wish we would get more snow here in Chicago, even though I would much much rather be in Cali, Hawaii or Florida at this very moment!!! Snow is beautiful, for a little while that is =) Sounds like you are holding up and enjoying the nice cozy indoors!
